Nutriplus+ Creatine is an unflavored formula providing 4.9985 g of creatine monohydrate per serving (2 scoops), combined with 1.5 mg of Vitamin B6.
It helps in energy metabolism and tissue formation, and supports the body’s ability to metabolize nutrients. It also helps to form red blood cells.
When used in conjunction with a resistance training program, it helps increase lean body mass and improves strength, power, and performance in repetitive bouts of brief, highly intense physical activity such as sprinting, jumping, and resistance training.

Cómo Usarlo
Adults (19 years and over):
Mix 2 scoops (5.1 g) with 100 ml of water or your preferred beverage.
Loading phase: 20 g per day for 5–7 days.
Maintenance phase: 5 g per day.
